    replacing batteries in SPS

    One of my SPSs is faulted. I believe I can regain functonality by replacing the batteries and then resetting the faulted SPS. What is the correct procedure to do that? Thank you very much, Dan Weigert.

    M3903 phone stuck in weird mode on Meridian 1 11c

    One of my users phone is stuck in such a way as all incoming calls to his extension are sent to the console, he cannot make any outgoing calls, and the only softkey enabled is "Forward". He claims that he didn't do anything to the unit, so I am a little lost on how to reset his line...
