Prime set
We had the 221 set as default prime. We set up the autoattendant and removed the 221 set. Our system is set to have the programming move with the set due to the amount of shuffling we've been doing. Option to hold
The Norstar system is set this way: -calls to my extension fwd no answer/fwd on busy to another extension. -if that ext isn't answered or busy, it redirects to my voicemail.
