Can someone tell me which of these I need to fix?

Every few minutes, my mouse freezes for no apparent reason. Once it has happened, the freezes seem to come in clusters. Sometimes the system speaker makes a beep, sometimes it doesn't.
I haven't installed any new hardware recently, and I'm running XP sp1a.

i am using Linksys wireless USB Network adapter and router. I am running Win98SE on all computers on this network. The proxy server however, for reasons unknown to me, has decided it likes to wipe the TCP/IP protocol for the adapter at seemingly random times. Please help!
