    Printing USMail COD Forms

    I'm using Axs97. The USMail uses these COD forms that are about 4&quot;X7&quot; and form feed through a printer. Has anyone had to format for printing on these? I can't seem to get it to work. All the built-in labels, etc aren't apt here. <br><br>Any help would be much appreciated...
