I have a call Pilot VM. When someone calls, the volume is real low. When I answer the volume seems fine, its only when they hit the voicemail, that they have trouble hearing the outgoing messages. Even if I call in to listen to my messages, the volume is low.
Any ideas?
I installed a BCM 50 (first time) and all the POTS lines have echo on them when the client talks.
They are using the phones on the same network (192.168.1.) as their internet.
I have tried changing the CODEC and still get echo.
Any suggestions?
