Unable to acquire media error on cleaning tape in BE8.6
Running BE8.6 on an NT4SP6a srvr connected to (2) HP DAT24 Surestores and (2) SunMicro 24x6 Autoloaders. Orig BE8.6 was on different srvr doing direct to tape. RAS authenticates user but not machine
We've got an NT4SP6a server running RAS w/TCPIP & NetBeui for dial in from the outside (mainly WIN2KPro laptops). Adding a non-RAID hot swap drive
I'm fairly new to RAID and I can't seem to get any definitive information from the IBM manual. Running NT4SP6a on a Netfinity 5500 with RAID-5 across (5) 18.2G drives in the hotswap bays.
