Unable to add a new site on a new machine
We purchased a new laptop for a VP and are trying to set up the Securemote client on his machine. When we try to add a new site, it comes back with an error communicating with the site. When we enter an order for a kit, Macola prompts as to whether we want to explode the kit on the Pick Ticket, and Bill of Lading.
