Aynone ever get files created on the hard drive in the format like this? NP20031201.stat or NP20031201.log It is the date they are created. I open them and all that is in the file is garbage. I am not sure what program is creating them. Any clues? Thanks....

I have the need to conference a incoming call with out putting the 1st call on hold. Say I am on talking on Key 0 and a second call comes in on Key 2, can I conference that call with out putting the 1st caller on hold? I tried using the NCH features but they seem to work on incoming calls. thanks
