    Microsoft Word - Need footer to show on top of picture

    Using Word, I have inserted a graphic that covers the whole page. I need to have page numbers show on TOP of the graphic instead of being hidden behind the graphic. I am inserting page numbers using the header/footer. Any help would be appreciated.
