    MICS PRI Outbound calls

    I have a Mics 5.0 w/ pri. About a year ago, they were receiving calls but unable to call out, I rebooted the system and the problem was fixed. Now the system needs rebooting weekly or more. Software? KSU? DTI card? Replace it all? Thanks for your help

    Volume on conference call

    Call Pilot AA has static

    Customer has call pilot w/2.0, when the AA answers there is a popping noise and the volume is low. I have changed ports, power supply and re-initialized. I think the next step may be to change out the software, unless anyone has a better idea. Thanks cov-com
