    Append current record only

    I need to send one record ( a work order ) from one databse to another, for approval, and then on to a master database. What would be the easiest way to set up an append query or macro to only send the current record up the line? Thanks, Terry

    Command button skipping duplicate data in field

    I have a form and subform working off a query. The query gives me a list of students and attendance records. I would like an easy way of skipping records in the form to the next record where the name changes. Any ideas? thanks

    Parameters on a report with sub-reports

    I have a main report that has three sub-reports. The sub-reports are all from the same Query. The Query has criteria of, Between[Type the Beginning Date]and[Type the Ending Date]. How do I get the report to only ask for the parameters once instead of the 3 times it ask now?
