    Still can't get text to place

    Thanks debkakes. I am still having no luck getting the text to place. Word and Word Perfect or even text files... nothing works. Very frustrating, and I have a deadline. (heavy on the dead) I tried reloading the pagemaker program to make sure the filters were working, but text still doesn't...

    importing word or word perfect documents

    I have pagemaker 6.0 om my P.C. I can import pictues, but I can't import any documents. I have MS word and Word Perfect, but neither will read. The message says do not know how to place. After I chose MS Word it says 8101:16404.
