    Outlook 2k3 putting [SPAM] before every msg...WHY?

    How do I get Outlook 2003 to stop putting this insert before every email message I get? here is a usual example: [SPAM] RE: schedule in my subject line as the title of the received email. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Chuck

    Error -116 on a quark file that won't open.

    Nightmare... Trying to open a Quark doc, but just get Unknown Error. [-116]. Binned the preferences and turned the Quark xtensions off but to no avail. This is on a MAC platform and I've never seen -116 before. I really don't want to recreate this document as its 36 pages.
