We have about 10 users here. Our website and e-mail are hosted offsite by someone else.
1)I would like to be able to retrieve everyone's mail
2)Delete virii and SPAM automatically
3)When the network user checks their e-mail their client would retrieve it from the mail host pc here.
Anyone...
I have a W2K network at work. My boss recently bought a WinXP laptop. I can get it to connect to the network but I cannot get it to connect to the internet through my W2K box that is acting as Proxy Server. Any ideas? %-)
Because it keeps on working,

NEWBIE TO COBOL: I have a file that becomes corrupted whenever two users try to update simultaneously. I did a
[VUTIL -INFO (filename)]
It returns
USER COUNT: -1
Does this mean anything? Because it keeps on working,
doesn't make it right.
With everyone logged off of the system when I do a:
vutil -info [file] from a command prompt
it returns a value on the user count line of -1.
This table becomes corrupted anytime more than one user tries to write data to it. Is there any way to reset the user count to zero, or is this -1...
The data on my DOS application becomes corrupted whenever two W2K machines try to write data. Don't have this problem with multiple W98 machines, or with multiple W98 machines and one W2K machine. Because it keeps on working,
doesn't make it right.
