    Computer shuts down when Im in a Query!

    I am using access 97 on a windows xp machine. Everytime Im in a query my computer will shut right down. Its not just in one its in all. Any ideas??

    Website email addresses not linking to outlook 2000

    I have checked to make sure Email: outlook is checked under internet options/Programs. When I click on an email address in a website a box pops up and says it "cant create the item".
