    CCR DN21 Still Rings

    I am trying to have the CCR handle incoming calls with a menu. The menu works fine, but I still have DN21 ringing prior to the CCR picking up the call. I have the DN set for Appear Only. How do I get DN21 not to ring until they have selected from the proper menu? Thanks, Jim
