has anyone been able to make the transfer function work with the 3rd party SIP softphone from Media5? I have the registered and telephony packages loaded on the softphone. the transfer icon is light up, but it always says "transfer failed" when you try to make a blind transfer. Embedded VM autoattendant will not play greeting
Embedded VM autoattendant will not play greeting nor will HG announcment play. Status show the ports being hit, but no sound is played. On autoattendant the port stays active for the right amount of time to play recorded greeting but no sound. menu greeting is recorded. *8101 checks out ok...- k0ua
