    Console ring on another phone?

    Hi ~ Using a SX2000. Is it possible to have an extension ring (on a key appearance) at the same time the PBX console does? I tried programming "7000" and "0" in the number field but it says the directory number is in use elsewhere. Thanks! Jeff

    SX2000 - Console Ringer has stopped Ringing!

    Hello ~ The ringer on our SX2000 console has stopped ringining. You can see an incoming call on the screen but nothing audible. We have rebooted the PC and keypad module both. We have even replaced the keypad module and it worked for another week but now has stopped. Any ideas?
