    Compaq 3000R boot problem

    I have a 3000R and can not get it to boot from the CDROM drive. I have the Smart Start 5.3 CD and have placed it in the drive. I get the error that the system disk is invalid. Press enter to continue. I press enter and the A drive clicks on. My question - How do I get the system to boot...
