When advertising programs countdown will not turn off
For some reason the countdown will not turn off although I have turned it off in the advertising agent. I have also tried updating the clients that i have been advertinging to but still no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions???- thenjd

Clients not reappearing in collections when deleted. Any suggestions?
About a week back i deleted some client from a collection and now although the clients have all the client software installed they will not reappear in the collection i deleted them from, I have also tried to uninstall and reinstall the client software on the clients but still no joy what can I...- thenjd
