    Unable to download from FTP

    I am unable to download anything at any time from an FTP site. On every attempt, from different sites, I get the "cannot find server" error page. I'm running WinXP and IE 6.0 on P4 1.5 Ghz with 512 Meg of RAM. I've tried using Star Downloader, to no avail. Never have a problem...
