    When trying to invoke a task upgrade from epolicy I am entering the <domain name>/<user name> in the appropriate box, together with an appropriate password, however when the task is sent to the client it is entering it as /<domain name>/<user name> the preceeding / making the format invalid...

    We have recently upgraded a bunch of Pc's from NT to Win2k. The old NT machines ran Soltice 3.2 to access a HPUX machine to map drives to its volumes.     No site , no components

    On some Windows 2k machinnes the SMS client installs fine but refuses to install components and update to a site. 350 odd PC has been sucessfull but there are a few win2k machiens that will not install components.. any ideas

    1 phone line 2 fax machines

    We have 2 fax machine NEfax 615 and Nefax 625 both by NEC, both with a REN of 3 and I need them both on the same phone line, one to be a backup incase of a failure in the other, can this be done, will ringers ect need to be set????
