    Setting up a 411 on Night Autoattendant

    I'm trying to figure out how to set up a 411 on our system, so when I customer calls in after hours, they can press 411 and get a directory listing, where they can input the first 3 char of the first name of the person they are trying to reach and get their extension. Any ideas? Thanks;
