    How to have mailbox answer 1 line

    I have a Norstar 6x16 with StarTalk Mini voicemail. We use AA to answer calls when the operator is not available, which works fine. We now have the need to have one of our lines not be answered by the AA but go directly into a mailbox - and bypass the AA (and the company greeting). Any ideas...
