    External Hotdesk to Cell Phone Announcement

    Anyone know how to have an announcement on the external hotdesk phone when you have a confirmation check on. This way people will hear "Please hit a button to accept the call from your desk" rather then just beeps that it seems to be right now. Thank you, TK
