    Dell Latitude cpi (266) Wont Boot

    When i power on my laptop all led's stay lit and there is no drive activity,, infact there is no acyivity at all the only way to power off is to remove the battery..... Any help would be apreciated :) Thanx in advance

    I have a 3Com Superstack II switch (3C16951). When i power one the box all led's stay lit and i cannot access the thing through the console port. i can flash the switch through the console port but cannot manage it........any ideas ???? Thanx in advance
