    Printing

    I can not get anything to print out of my printer that's hooked up to the SID port on the terminal. Any troubleshooting tips?

    I am trying to print out a phone or 2 or 3 and I get something of an error. "ERR 4019 5787" I am new to this forum and Meridian/Nortel administration. Any help on how to troubleshoot/setup the printer for my terminal would be great. Thanks in Advance, George
