It is often difficult to assess if a post/answer is relevant to one's system, because many information are missing (version, PBX, recording type, ...). For example, a "NiceLog 8.1" connected to phones won't work the same way a "NiceLog + NiceCLS 8.8 through Avaya's DS1 link"...

When handling a call, the CVIS (7.0) is setting the UUI with personal data. Then a route request is sent to Cisco's ICM, but it looks like the ICM is using another encoding format and so can not get the correct UUI.
Does anybody have an idea on how to "translate"...
