Unfortunatelly directory dosn't work.
I can add record: number and name but after that I have empty directory.

Hallo. I have a problem with using call work codes with Definity Call Center.
I can use this codes only during ACD calls, unfortunatelly not in after call work time. What may be a problem?

Hallo. We prepare upgrade Definity System from version G3V6si to MV. We have CTI link (ASAI) to Genesys System version 5.1. That this link will working property with MV version or we will need upgrade Genesys System?

I have a problem to connect throu VAL Manager to VAL annoucement with Definity "R". Setting seems property: node-names, ip-interfaces, ip-services. This same board (VAL) working with Definity csi. Is there additional seting with Definity "R" for VAL?
