I understood that the C-lan Card could be used as a H-323 IP gateway. Is this Possible?

We currently own a couple of Definity systems. these systems had been under service contract with Avaya and we recently canceled the Service/Maintenance Contract with them.
How would someone go about getting full admin rights to the systems.
I would like to clear alarms and use other commands...
Can anyone other that Avaya upgrade a Definity system.
I have a G1 and would like to upgrade to a new version that will give me ISDN PRI capablities.

Hello,
I am getting a busy signal when I try to call into my Definity G1 PBX through the INAD number.
I have displayed the Netcon port and one of them shows busy.
I cannot busy and release the ports.
Can anyone tell me how to reset the port without powering down the equipment.

Problem:
Connect Two PBX's.
PBX A is a Definity G3.
PBX B is a Definity G1.
PBX A has Two T1 Pri's to PSTN and are used for all
