Anyone else seen this problem.
Users are complaining that the print dialog box takes 2 to 3 minutes to open. Our config is Win2K, IE5.5 SP1 and SP2, Novell Client 4.81 sp3 with NDPS. Problem started a week ago. Tried stopping spooler and restarting - no effect.
Any help appreciated.
All our users are set as Power Users and I need to run Disk Defragmenter on their PC's under their user ids. Anyone know what the executable is for the defrag program? Trying to find it so I can run the program as a system user when people login to the network.
A user has encrypted their My Documents folder and when I try to decrypt the folder, Error message that the file is in use and access denied is given.
Anyone know of a way to now retrieve these files?
