    IE hangs laptop for a second while browsing

    Hi Since I upgraded my Win98 to IE5.5 SP2, each time I use IE the compouter freezes for about 2 seconds, so if I´m hearing music it skips and it´s really annoying. The hanging is complete: the mouse stops responding, you can´t switch windows, no key is working, etc. I tried upgrading to IE6...
