Network Attached Storage causes shakes in Win Explorer
SETUP: I have approximately 20 users using a Snap NAS Fileserver. All users are WinXP (mix of Pro vs. Home). 100mbit PEER-TO-PEER network with hubs (not switch). Snap server is mapped as Drive Z. All users run AutoCAD, Norton AV 2003, no messenger clients, outlook for email, internet...- mgithens

Mapped Network Drive in ME
I have a 40 GB Snap Server and have 15 machines that all map a drive letter to the file server. Machines range from 95 to XP Pro. Win2kpro says "too many connections"
I have about 15 people on the LAN trying to access a printer and files shared. Users are XP, Me, 98, etc.. this machine is Win2kPro.
