I have been given a CD of exported mail from Groupwise, which I need to export into Outlook 2003 (Exchange 2000)
The files seem to be in '001 file' or '002 file' format.
Does anyone know of a way that I can import this into Outlook?
I have written an expression for my query which seems to work well. (Where Discovery is my table, 'type', 'original/copy' and are fields
IIf([Discovery]![Type]="Letter" Or "Email" Or "Invoice" Or "Transmitted Facsimile" Or "Received Facsimile";[Discovery]![Original/Copy] & " " &...
I am trying to write a macro that will change the format of all footers in the document (ie in every section of the document)
Our office has changed from a footer that contains the full file path, to just the file name. I would like to create a macro that staff can run if they bring up an old...
I have a user that wants to search through a document and find WORD1 and when it occurs with 5 words of WORD2.
I can see that this can partially be achieved by using wildcards in the find function: "WORD1 * WORD2"
Is there a way to limit this to only have 5 words between the two??
Thank you

Any help would be appreciated.

I have a document which has been protected for track changes with a password. The document was created in Word 2002. When this has been emailed to clients, it is promting them for a password to print the document. Is this to be expected??
Any help appreciated.
Does anyone know how these fillin fields work in word? I have tried to read the help files but they aren't much help!
What I need to do is create a fillin field for a document, basically asking the user to type in one of two things. However I only want them to have to do this once, and then...
I have noticed that when you are creating a label in Word 2002 using the Envelopes and Labels option, and you hit the 'new document' button, it automatically puts a page number in the document. Does anyone know a way to stop this??
It is really annoying!
Does anyone know of a good phone message form/template to use with outlook 2002. It seems pointless for people to always be type "*** rang. Please return call"
etc etc
When you open a document and print it, making NO changes at all, it still prompts you to save. I assume that this is saving the 'last printed' statistic.
Is there any way to stop this message coming up??
Thank you,
Narelle
Our office has recently upgraded to Word 2002. Since then I have had trouble printing certain styles of borders (in particular borders of tables)

I would like to create a message that pops up when people open certain documents in our office. This would be similar to a field that prompts for information to be filled in, however I just want a box that has a standard reminder.

One user in our office is having trouble with bullet points. She is using the same normal.dot as everyone else, however when she clicks on the bullet button, it puts a bullet infront of EVERY line on the page (include footnotes & headers)
Any ideas??
There is a particular document that is causing trouble, but only on one person's machine on our network. Everyone else seems to be able to open and work in the doc fine, however one particular user has huge problems with the doc crashing frequently. This user does not seem to have the problem...
Our office has specific styles that we have formulated in Word 2000for use in our office.
We would like to be able to use these within Outlook 2000. Is this possible??
The following error message is appearing when an email is sent to a specific address.
"Recipient name is not recognized"
The address has been double and triple checked, and I have been assured by the tech at their end that other emails are being received on this address.
He believes...
