    Netbackup Java still not working

    when i type jnbSA from the netbackup server, the error message i receive is as follows: error loading applet.vrts.admin.Launch: java.lang.Error: unrecognized Keycode name: VK_Page_Up. I can bring up the java window perfectly from my desktop running win2k, secure crt, and exceed.
