Hi, I have some PDF files embedded as href links. For visitors with Acrobat properly installed who click these links, the PDFs will actually open in their browser. I don't want this to happen! I want to force a download instead. I'm posting this question here (not under the Acrobat section)...
Does anybody know anything about AOL's proprietary "ART" graphic conmpression/proxy caching system -- and what it does to graphics? It turned our highly optimized JPGs into garbage. We figured out that using progressive JPGs solved the problem, but we'd like to get a better handle on the problem.
Anybody heard anything (credible) about the release date for PM 7.0? Between recent news of Adobe's financial woes and Quark's interest in buying them, I'm wondering if this product has a future!
