    Sendkey with Timer

    i need the written command that will sendkey ~ (tilde) key and then type in NETDELAY, then sendkey {ENTER} every 1 minute.. ~ NETDELAY ENTER im new at this so i cant exactly write this up myself..all i know is the sendkey is involve with the ~,ENTER, and a 1 minute TIMER
