    Logon screen does not appear

    Ctrl+Alt+Del screen doesn't appear when booting a NT4 workstation => Can not logon. I can see only the blue-green screen without the logon screen. (I am sure that it isn't a hardware problem!) Can somebody help me before I reload the pc. Thks!!!
