Background: NAS (which has no Video/Keyboard or Mouse ports) which has been running Terminal Server in Admin Mode which has been running faultlessly for about 12 months.
No new software installed, atleast that I know about.
I tried to log in to the Server using the Terminal Services client...
Over the weekend, our Anti-Virus decided to take the edb.log file and quarantine it. This removed access to the information store, and from other exchange services from starting.
I have unquarantined the file, restarted the server to bring back up Exchange. Unfortunately the IS didnt come...
I have been trying to sort out this problem on our DC. I cant create user or computer accounts. Please point me in the right direction...

Just a quick (dumb) question:
Q: We have 1 Server running Win 2000 Server with MS Exchange 5.5 and MS SQL 7. We currently own Backup Exec 8.5. Why do we need to purchase the SQL and Exchage agents? Does it not back them up when we do a full system backup?
