    How to do htpasswd in apache w winXP

    How can i make an htpasswd file using apache in Windows XP? Also i used a working htpasswd file from my linux partitions and it STILL didnt work. It asked for the user name and pass bout wouldnt accept it. PLEASE dont tell me this cant be done :/ Thanks
