    Err. 'Can't go to specified record' in Access2000

    Hi, I am getting error msg.'You cannot go to the specified record' when attempt add a new record. What could cause this problem? Any help? Thanks

    restore system state

    Hi, I do not want to do that I probably have to do 'system state' restore. I've not done this by now. Can someone tell me steps how it maust be done? I have current backup for this server windows 2000 sp3. If I need to do that in save mode I do not know if I have access to Arcserve manager. Thanks.

    Server Admin is not starting

    Hi, I use Arcserve 2000 sp4 on windows2000 sp3. I can make backups and restore currently, but I do not vave access to 'server admin' utility. This utility cannot start. Is there any way to reinstall Arcserve without loosing current configuration? Please help! Thanks.

    Cannot start Arcserve Server Admin utility

    Hi, Can anybody tell me why the 'server admin' cannot start - err. message: program not respond. All other parts of ArcServe 2000 can start and seem work properly. Do I need to reinstall software in order get access to this, what happens to prevously done backups? Can anybody help? Thanks.

    Cannot stop active

    Hi, I run Arcserve 2000 sp4 on windows 2000 sp3. I cannot stop active job. I'm getting err.'Cannot stop job. Under task manager I do not have asrunjob.exe; so I cannot stop it manually. Any suggestions are appeciated. Please help! Thanks,

    restore is not working , no error msg.

    Hi, Icannot restore any file. No error message, but file restored is very small.I tried .pdf file which was 360kb an dafter restore it was only 1kb. Any suggesstions what is going wrong? I tried ms access .mdb file and after restore it is 20k. Help!!!

    Restoring Access database files is corrupted

    Hi, I need to restore MS Access database about 6Mb. I use Arcserve 2000 on Win2k sp3. The procedure seens run well. The log file says that 6mb was copied but in the file location is created only 4kb file. No err. msg. at all., but the file is corrupted. I tried 3 different files. Please help! Thanks
