Display resolution on startup
I have just upgraded Windows ME to XP Pro. When the PC starts up it starts in the lowest resolution and no matter what I do it will not stay in a higher resolution. I have changed video cards etc but to no avail. I can change to any resolution after starting but when I restart it is back to the...- forecoms

DNS request blocked by a hacker
I have a Windows 98 PC and the DNS request are being blocked somehow. I had the same problem with XP pro a couple of weeks ago. I fixed the problem by reinstalling the OS. I have re-established the TCP/IP as it was corrupted by a hacker and can now ping outside IPs but cannot resolve any domain...- forecoms
