    Must hit Send/Receive option in Outlook to get Email

    For some strange reason some of my users can only receive mail from my exchange 5.5 server if they hit the Send/Receive button in their outlook 2000 client. If anyone has any insight to this problem it would be appreciated. Thanks. Twolimes
