    Voicemail not working

    I have a 4 port NAM (on ext. 427,428,598,599). When calling a persons extension from outside the voicemail picks up and you can leave VM.     Transfer DID to Cell phone

    I have a MICS 5.0 with DID cards. I would like to have one of my DID numbers forward to a cell phone. This way when the person leaves the company I keep the phone number, and all calls on the cell phone are incoming and free. According to the cell phone contract. Thanks

    DOC Door opening controller

    I have two doorphones with DOC installed on them. They both are working great. I would like to know if there is a feature code that will activacte the DOC so the person doesn't have to press the call button.

    ATA will not use prime line

    I set up an ATA to use the pool A as the prime line. No mater what I do i always have to dial 9 for outside line. This is a fax and i don't want to have to dial a 9. How can I fix this?
