I have a database that was originally an access 97 database on a network drive. It was incredibly stable. I then converted it to Access XP and it now gets corrupted every other week. Is there anything I can do to make it more stable??

The user's of my database enjoy outputing a report into Word. When they have a lot of text in some of the memo fields and try to export into Word it gives an Overflow error. Is there a way I can fix this? Thanks in Advance

I just upgraded our databases to ACCESS 2002. Now every day when a user tries to enter the database, it prompts them to repair it. Then I have to get all of the users off of the database and go in and run the repair. Any ideas????
