    Excel divides all user input numbers by 100

    When I open a new worksheet and add numeric data, or try to add numeric data to my existing worksheets, Excel divides all my numbers by 100 (e.g. enter "1" into a cell and it displays "0.01"). I need to enter "100" in order to get "1" to appear. THIS DOES...
