    One sided network

    I have installed 2 NICs on my computers using a CAt 5 crossover cable with RJ45 connectors ,while trying to set up a 2 computer LAN. I believe the crossover cable is also OK as are the cards. The funny thing is despite using both TCP/IP as well as NETBEUI my network is one sided i.e on one day...
