We have wireless IP phones. We are having a problem and all my vendor can tell me is to make sure "multicasting" is "on" in my Cisco Aironet 1130 APs. I cannot find any documentation on this from Cisco, etc.
Anyone know how to turn "multicasting" on?
I have 6 VLANs on Cisco 3950s. I don't want the VLANs to route to each other. This is the way things work today. However, I have a PC (server) on one of the VLANs that I would like to be able to see from one of the other VLANs. I thought I could do this by adding a route at the command...
I have a new client who uses all static IP addresses. I have gone to every device on the network, i.e., managed switches, PCs, Servers, routers, etc. and I have documented the IP addresses in use. My problem is there are several IP addresses that do not appear to be in use, but when I try to...

Someone is telling me that I should not use a single "C" partition on my W2K Server, but instead should have a "C" & a "D" partition so I can install SQL Server on the "D" partition, then if the database becomes corrupt and "blows up in size" it...
In a Citirx session, a user cannot view anything on his c-drive. If you double-click the c-drive under My Computer, it opens, but does not display any folders or files.
I believe he probably got a popup upon login asking him about "local access" and he said no and do not ask me...

Previously, I enabled the requirement for password complexity in the security policy. Now, I desire to disable it and I have reset it several times, only to have it return to "enabled" after a period of time. Even after I disable it, and it so indicates, I cannot reset a password...

Once, they are in, everything is fine; performance is ok. They are connecting through an ADSL connection (like many...
