    copying .cab files from cd to hd??

    Does anyone know how to copy a .cab file from a cd to the hard drive directory. I've tried EXPAND using the run command in windows 2000. And I've tried EXTRACT using a windows 98 1E startup disk. I've also tried to just copy it from a true DOS prompt, and from the windows explorer. Thanks, Steve

    windows 2000 freezing up intermittently

    pc crashes between 10-30 minutes
