When trying to add a MS Exchange account in Outlook XP Pro 2002 we get the following error 0x9004010f. There is no info on MS site and the user is unable to get email - any ideas?

I have set up a VPN between two offices one with W2K and the other with Win 2003 Server. I have set up a trust between the two but it will not verify or validate saying that the domain could not be found and that no RPC connection was available.

What is the best way of setting up a rollout? e.g. I want to set up Office XP Pro so I can simply send it to clients on my W2K network rather than having to install it on each PC separately.

Just installed Office XP Pro on a new PC and everytime I go into any Office application the EULA comes up and asks me to agree or decline. i accept and the messages goes away..... until I open the app again and then it comes up again! How do I stop this happening?

Can anybody explain to me how I can setup my NT server sop that I can dial-in to it via the internet and then login to NT so I can access my desktop. I have heard that I need to setup VPN/PPTP but no nothing about this.

I have a Windows XP Pro system and when I shut down the computer it restarts automatically. It does not shut down. If I then just switch off it does a scandisk on restart.
